Data Deletion Instructions

Cortex Publisher only connects accounts owned by Cortex Channels and does not store data about other users. If you believe the App holds any data related to you, or you want data for a connected account removed:

1. Revoke the App's access from the platform: Google Account permissions, TikTok (Settings and privacy, then Security, then Manage app permissions), or Facebook Business Integrations. This deletes the App's tokens for that account.
2. Email privacy@cortexchannels.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the account or handle concerned.

We delete all related data within 30 days of the request and confirm by email.
